About Me

Ali Ghahremani received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He is currently working on his Ph.D. with the ICD group at University of Twente.

Research

Process variations and model inaccuracies, as well as other sources of performance degradation, such as environmental variations, critically impact high-power design in nanometer-scale technologies, and reduce the yields of design. Self-healing is a method that can mitigate these issues by identifying any degradation and modifying the circuit to improve its performance post fabrication [1].

The aim of this research is design of a self healing PA that can have required performance under different process and environmental variations with minimum overhead in terms of area, power and connectivity to the outside.
