I am a software developer and geo data engineer interested in developing python, and javascript tools for high performance spatial analysis. Also, I am exploring the design and integration of visualization tools of spatial data using leaflet, three.js, d3.js, mapbox and Angular2.

In addition, my research interests focus on spatial epidemiology applications for evaluating the impact of the social determinants of human health on the spatial distribution of chronic and infectious diseases. M.Sc. Biomedical Informatics (University of Pittsburgh) and Ph.D in Geographic Information Science (University of Cincinnati) with focus on spatial analysis of disease spread.
