COE is a management consultancy company covering solutions such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Strategic HR Management, Leadership Development, Innovation & Change Management, Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Planning. I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, accredited practitioner in Coaching and psychological instruments such as MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator®), DiSC, Harrison Assessment, Belbin Team Roles and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator. We work with all industries within the Asia & Pacific region. Majority of our clients are from the Public Service.

Research
The research topic for my dissertation is situated in the organisational behaviour subject area. The research topic is “Determinants of individual innovation readiness and innovative work behaviour: an empirical study in Singapore”.
The study aims to investigate the factors that drive employees’ innovation readiness and thereby produce high innovative work behaviours. The research question is: How does leadership practice, employee’s psychological capital, employee’s perceived support for innovation and employee’s creativity drive his/her own innovation readiness and, in turn produce high innovative work behaviours? The outcome of the research would be to recommend an innovation readiness framework which organisations can adopt for organisational development and managerial intervention to facilitate innovation in the workforce.
