Research

Ultra Low Power transceivers for IoT (ULPIoT)

Internet of Things (IoT) applications require low cost transceivers and Ultra Low Power wireless connectivity and are typically implemented in CMOS IC technology. As not only IoT devices but also other mobile devices use the scarce suitable radio spectrum, mutual interference is a key worry. This research targets circuit design techniques that improve RF performance while maintaining low power consumption.
