My expertise lies in the use of innovative technology in professional learning in organizations and vocational education. I am most knowledgeable about virtual reality (VR). I am involved in VR-related research projects like 4TU.CEE: training presentation skills using VR or Connecting the dots: task-oriented VR for training situational awareness.

Next to this, I am the program manager of the project CLIC-IT learning communites. CLIC-IT is a consortium of existing and starting learning communities addressing a variety of issues around digital tansformation.

I also teach consulting skills at the master Educational Science and Technology.
