Felix van Urk is the Head of the Education Cluster at the Strategy & Policy Department at the University of Twente. Together with the Education Cluster, he coordinates central University policy making and strategic development on education matters. He is a member of the University Committee for Education (UC-E).
Felix previously worked as a consultant at Berenschot and as a researcher at the Rand Corporation and the Amsterdam UMC (VUmc). He holds a PhD and an MSc in Social Intervention from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Public Administration from the University of Twente.
