G. Micali MMath (Giorgio)

I was born in Messina, Italy (1996). I obtained my BSc degree in Pure Mathematics, in March 2019, from University of Pisa, Italy.  In September 2020, I decided to follow my passion for applications and change my studies moving abroad. Therefore, I obtained my MSc degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Twente. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Statistics in the STAT group of UT, under the supervision of Dr. A. Betken. The PhD project is focused on Pattern Recognition Analysis in Time Series Analysis. 

I am also particularly interested in Numerical analysis and Optimization.
