I have a background in Biomedical Engineering (M.Sc. Tehran University of Medical Sciences, 2021) and Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc. University of Tehran, 2017). Having experience in programming, machine learning, and medical imaging, I have worked on projects like 3D modeling of human bones and heart, advanced image processing for CT, MRI, and ultrasound, and robotics, which have led to patents and publications. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD focused on developing a platform to provide 3D bone shape data for orthopedic applications.
I primarily work with Python and have solid experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. I have developed skills in web development using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, and Trame, as well as in desktop software development with PyQt and PySide. Additionally, I am experienced in using deployment tools such as Docker.
My previous projects include automating femur measurements using deep learning and active shape models, developing Python software for 2D-to-3D image registration in knee implant research, and prototyping a rehabilitation robot.
I enjoy solving problems and learning new skills and always looking for ways to improve and contribute to meaningful projects in healthcare and engineering.
