The current NWO project explores the role of HRM configurations in medical specialists’ performance oriented towards hospital values, and to what extent this relation is impacted by various professional unit cultures of the medical specialists.Previous work experience was on a research project for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This project explored knowledge export of green publicly funded knowledge institutions. It uncovered the current activities, experiences, ambitions, and visions of Dutch green knowledge institutions regarding knowledge export and the therefore available government instruments. Additionally, we researched how the government instruments may be adapted to best stimulate and support green knowledge export activities.
Graduated in July 2017 with a master thesis on 'Global Talent Management for the New Diplomat', in collaboration with the Dutch Foreign Ministry. This thesis focussed on the changes required in the management of diplomats as a result of the pressure created by global power shifts, new diplomatic actors, the fast-moving digitalization and its impact on domestic as well as international policy environments.
