As a Project Manager, I oversee a portfolio of research initiatives focused on AI and digital innovation.

I am responsible for the strategic management of large-scale, multidisciplinary consortiums at the interface of academia and industry. These consortiums bring together expert teams from computer science (machine learning and AI), various scientific disciplines and engineering with industrial partners. The collaborations span high-tech manufacturing and public health, delivering solutions for predictive maintenance, intelligent diagnostics, and infection control. My role focuses on ensuring that complex research outcomes are translated into tangible industrial impact and societal value. My work focuses on establishing robust project governance for complex collaborations. By providing structured oversight and stabilizing projects in high-pressure phases, I enable PIs to focus on scientific leadership.

I act as a bridge between academic research and diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across complex project goals. Drawing on a professional trajectory across the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Australia, and China, I facilitate the collaboration required for international initiatives in:

• Cyber-Physical Systems: Managing the development of intelligent diagnostics and predictive models for large-scale technical systems.
• Translational Health: Coordinating research that translates data into practical public health interventions and safety guidelines.
• Consortium Alignment: Connecting scientific research with industrial application within the frameworks of Industry 4.0 and 5.0.

I am open to discussing opportunities for upcoming grant cycles where there is a strong synergy with the focus areas of AI and robotics. I aim to facilitate future collaborations that leverage the synergy between these technologies to advance Industry 5.0 and improve human health.
