J. Han (Jin)

About Me

Jin Han is a PhD researcher at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management at the Hunan University in China. His main research interests are centered on ecosystems, including the business/innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Particularly, he is interested in exploring how entrepreneurs and new ventures from different institutional contexts benefit from ecosystem management/governance to offer new innovations. His PhD work has been presented at the international conferences such as Academy of Management Conference, R&D Management Conference, and IPDMC Conference.
