About Me
Hello, all visitors. I’m Karnda Sengloyluan. I’m currently a postdoctoral researcher in a Chair of Elastomer Technology and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Technology, University of Twente. I got my degree in Rubber Technology and my master degree in Polymer Technology at Prince of Songkla University, Pattani campus, Thailand. Then I got a chance to continue my doctoral degree in Polymer Technology under the cooperation program between Prince of Songkla university and University of Twente, the Netherlands. During 4 years of my study, I had done my thesis on the topic of “Silica-reinforced natural rubber: use of natural rubber grafted with chemical functionalities as compatibilizer” and received my PhD in 2015.
I started my first career as a researcher at Synchrotron Light Research Institute, Nakorn Ratchasima, Thailand, on December 2015. There, I had a responsibility to do some researches and to solve problems from company clients which were related rubber and polymer fields. Later on in 2017, I got a lecturer position at Sino-Thai International College, Prince of Songkla University, Hatyai campus, Thailand. As a Lecturer, I was responsible to give lectures on rubber properties, additives, processing courses and other related to rubbers and polymers. In December 2020, I got a chance to move to University of Twente again as a postdoctoral researcher for one year. I do my research on the properties of functionalized SSBR and silica.
