About Me

I am a senior project leader in HAN Automotive Research, research group at the HAN University of Applied Sciences, a Professional Higher Education Institute (PHEI). Here I initiate and manage projects on intelligent and Green Mobility.

In addition to this, I am tutoring bachelor and professional master studenten in their thesis projects in different roles - tutor, expert of client.

My doctorate research focusses on rationalities of professionals in the triangel of three communities - Education, Research and Professional Practice. My goals is to understand rationalities as enabler for enhancing practice based and applied research in PHEI-curricula.
