About Me
Meerim Karybaeva, LL.M., is a PhD Candidate of the University of Twente.
| Meerim is a competent result-oriented LL.M. (Master of Laws) graduate with over ten years of experience in the areas of corporate law, compliance, FinTech, blockchain, banking and finance sector. |
Meerim holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics and has graduated from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, University of Hamburg, and Bologna University (Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s degree), where she studied an interdisciplinary approach to the foreign investments.
In her PhD research Meerim continues to apply the interdisciplinary approach and studies smart contracts based on a blockchain technology in a private procurement.
