About Me
I obtained my Bachelors´s and MSc in chemistry and nanotechnology, respectively, as well as my Ph.D in chemical engineering from the University of Zaragoza (Spain).
My experience in research gathers expertise from nanotechnology and Raman - SERS Spectroscopy to synthesis and characterization of plasmonic nanoparticles and their assembly onto solid supports for detecting low concentrations of toxic compounds in gas and liquid phase.
In september 2021, I have started as postdoctoral researcher between the Mesoscale Chemical Systems (MCS, https://www.utwente.nl/en/tnw/mcs/) group and Optical Science (OS, https://www.utwente.nl/en/tnw/os/) group on the project "SERSing" (https://sersing.eu/). The goal of SERSing is to enable fast detection and unequivocal identification of chemical hazards at low concentrations in gas and liquid phase, in multiple environments.
