About Me
I am a guest researcher from Fraunhofer-Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology in Germany and will stay at UT until the end of April 2023 at the Department of Design, Production and Management.

Research
I am interested in factory planning and operations. This includes the design of manufacturing systems, the simulation of production and material flow as well as the assessment of solutions. A special focus lies on the energetic characteristics that is related measures to make factories to energy efficient and flexible. Also, the ecological sustainability of factory solutions is interesting to me since future factories not only are economically efficient but also ecologically sustainable within their interaction with their environment.
