About Me
I have terminated my contract with University of Twente per March 31 2022.
My research interests involve computational, experimental and analytical studies in fluid and solid mechanics. My studies range from application-oriented engineering studies to basic, fundamental mechanics-oriented studies:
- fluid dynamics of centrifugal, mixed-flow and axial pumps
- inverse-design and optimization methods for turbomachines
- aerodynamics of axial fans
- computer-aided hydraulic design systems for centrifugal pumps
- dredging flows
- micromechanics of granular materials
- constitutive relations for granular materials
- computational mechanics of solids and fluids
- heat transfer
- capillary bridges
