Nese Baz Aktaş is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Behavioral, Management and Social Sciences (BMS)-(LDT-CODE). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ege University, Turkey, and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems. She completed her PhD with a focus on Conversational Agents, User Experience, and Design. Her doctoral thesis, titled “Meta-requirements for Enhancing User Experience in Conversational Agents: A Design Science Research Approach,” adopts a design science research perspective.

Her research interests include human–computer interaction, design science research, conversational agents, technology acceptance, and the design and evaluation of information systems. Prior to her postdoctoral position, she worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Boğaziçi University and Istanbul Bilgi University in Turkey. Her teaching experience includes application and laboratory courses in Database Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Business Information Systems, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Systems.
