Olivia joined HBE/IEBIS in September 2019 as an external PhD student in the Information Systems domain. She is also working as a Senior Consultant on Agile & DevOps transformations at the IT consultancy company Eraneos. Her research interests lie in improvement of DevOps team performance and capabilities as well as designing capability-based enterprise architectures. Before starting her combined PhD/consultancy trajectory, Olivia graduated as a BSc International Business Administration and MSc Business Information Technology at the UT.
