About Me

Rizqi Nur’aini A’yuninnisa is a PhD Candidate in Change Management & Organisational Behaviour (CMOB) research group, University of Twente, the Netherlands. She is currently also a lecturer in Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. She holds a Master in Work and Organizational Psychology (cum laude) from Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Her research interest is in the area of (positive) organizational behavior, leadership, and cross-cultural psychology. At the moment, she is working on her dissertation focusing on individual flourishing-at-work.

Research

Rizqi's research interest lies in the field of positive organizational behavior/ positive organizational scholarship/ positive organizational health psychology. She loves to study about individual flourishing state at work context, including its dynamics: the antecedents and consequences of individual flourishing-at-work, as well as the micro and macro processes surrounding it.

For future works, she is also interested in exploring leadership and various cross-cultural issues, particularly those applicable at work and organization setting.
