About Me
Sterre Coenen is a PhD candidate from November 2020 at the department of Human Resource Management at the University of Twente (The Netherlands). Her research is focused on Human Resource Management, Health Care and Technology.
In 2019, she obtained her Master degree in Public Administration cum laude at the University of Twente and wrote her thesis about collaborative innovation of Dutch elderly care organizations.
Furthermore, Sterre is active in the Twente region and contributes to topics like personal development, keeping talent in Twente and loneliness of youth. Besides this, she was member of the scientific board of Enschede as a student to reflect on current topics in Enschede with scientific knowledge. Also she is passionate about any kind of sports.
