Shikha Kalesh is an external PhD candidate at ETM, BMS faculty. Her doctoral research focuses on 'Impact of digital supply chain system on supply chain resilience'. With her research, she aims to foster digital supplier connectivity and collaboration.
She started her education with a diploma in automobile engineering, then she completed her Bachelor's in the same field from India. She then moved to Germany for pursuing her masters in automotive production engineering. She has a strong technical and engineering background.
Shikha began her career in the automotive industry as a project purchaser. Her interactions with suppliers as a purchaser piqued her interest in researching supplier relationships and building a reliable supply chain. She is currently employed as a corporate inbound supply chain professional in a leading automotive-industrial company.
