After working for 7+ years as a Learning and Development Specialist, Instructional Designer and Learning Advisor, Victoria decided to go back to the University to obtain a Master's degree. In September 2019, she finished a master program of Educational Science and Technology at the University of Twente. Her master thesis was about using VR in the educational context.
From August 2020, Victoria has joined the department of Educational Science and Technology as a PhD-candidate in the project "Hit the gas!" Victoria's research is about how people in the installation sector learn at the workplace while being a part of a Learning Community. The goal is to investigate which learning activities take place, and also how can we support and foster the process of workplace learning.
