As a PhD candidate in Communication Science at the University of Twente, I bring a wealth of experience in cross-cultural communication, user experience (UX), information architecture, and digital government. My current research focuses on exploring the cultural differences in users' behaviors on e-governments between China and the West.
I have utilized innovative and comprehensive research methods to investigate how individuals from distinct cultures interact with the digital world and use digital technologies in unique ways. This research has deepened my understanding of the complexities of cross-cultural communication and digital engagement, and I am excited to bring this knowledge to a digital role.
