Afaf Alalwan, with a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and a minor in game development from Bahcesehir University in Istanbul, Turkey (2019-2023 and 2020-2022), has joined the Computer Architecture for Embedded Systems (CAES) group as a research assistant trainee in 2023. Her focus in CAES is optimizing microcontroller-based machine learning, emphasizing performance and efficiency.
