About Me
Arvid was born in Bilthoven (The Netherlands) in 1972. He received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Hogeschool van Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht, The Netherlands, in 1996. In 2017 he received his M.Sc. degree in Embedded Systems from the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands, in the Computer Architecture for Embedded Systems group on the power efficiency of the Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC). Arvid is currently a PhD Candidate with a research topic on ultra low-power transceivers used for IoT and V2X communication. His research interests are in the field of Information Theory and decoding performance and power improvements.
