I joined the XUV Optics Group as a postdoc in 2021. In this group, under the supervision of Igor Makhotkin, I investigate thin films and multilayers using hybrid metrology for various applications. I utilize different X-ray techniques, including X-ray reflectivity and X-ray standing wave, to study these structures.
