I am a Computational Engineer and part of the SOURCE project as a PhD candidate at this university. My project focuses on building a model to understand cross-shore sand transport processes that reshape and spread nourished sediment. I study turbulence, wave breaking and sand mixing on the wave bottom boundary layer processes. The larger goal is to generate models that can reliably predict the coastal nourishment and their morphological development.
