I am a PhD candidate at the Professional Learning and Technology (PLT) department, working on the Power up! project where I study interorganizational Learning Communities involving industry, government, and knowledge institutions. Previously, I contributed to the GasErop! project, exploring how LCs contribute to organizational change in order to accelerate the energy transition. My goal is to foster interorganizational collaboration between different partners, so that they can create meaningful, sustainable impact together for the energy and circularity transition.

I obtained a bachelors degree at the University of Twente (2020) in International Business Administration in which I wrote my thesis about inclusive business models in the BoP (base of the pyramid) context. Afterwards, I obtained my masters degree at the University of Twente (2021) in Business Administration (HRM track) and I wrote my master thesis about leadership in the virtual work context.
