I am a doctoral candidate at the Interaction Design Group (IxD). I am currently working on a NWO-funded project: 'Designing Compassionate Technology for Mental Healthcare'.
My research focuses on understanding what it means to design for compassion and for technology to be compassionate. To achieve this, I incorporate insights from the of Postphenomenology and Psychology into design research, while harnessing my industrial design background.
When I'm not at campus, you can find me looking for inspirations at art exhibitions, in movie theatres, or back to my roots amongst the olive trees and dysfunctional roads of Italy.
