I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Technical University of Madrid in 2016. After that, I completed the Master's program in Biomedical Engineering (Neural & Motor Systems track) at the University of Twente in 2018. During my Master Thesis, I used EMG-driven musculoskeletal modeling to estimate dynamic joint stiffness during a variety of tasks.

I am currently a PhD candidate in the Neuromechanical Modeling and Engineering Lab at the University of Twente. I am a member of the ERC project INTERACT, where I use EMG-driven musculoskeletal models to try to understand the interplay between the neural and the musculoskeletal systems.
