Cristina Catalá-Lahoz joined the group as a postdoctoral researcher in February 2026. She received her PhD degree in Telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Spain, in 2025. During her doctoral research, she focused on programmable integrated photonics for microwave applications. As part of her PhD, she was a visiting researcher at the University of Sydney in 2024.
Her research interests include integrated microwave photonics and programmable photonic circuits.
