I'm a PhD candidate working on the NeuroChip project at MCS under the supervision of Niels Tas. I'm originally from South Africa, but have also lived in Azerbaijan and the Netherlands for several years. I obtained my Bachelor in Advanced Technology, and my Master in Nanotechnology at the University of Twente. My Master assignment was on 'Real-time generation of multi-dimensional concentration profiles using parallel microfluidic dosing arrays' at BIOS. In 2018 I did an Internship at the University of Tokyo in the Biohybrid Systems Group working on microfluidic optics.
