Ana is a Researcher at the AMME chair of ET. She is also a PhD student at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, and Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. She received her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (ME) from EAFIT, Colombia in 2017 and her master’s degree in ME from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, she was a Teaching Assistant with Universidad de los Andes. From 2022 to 2025 she held a similar Teaching Assistant role with Politecnico di Milano, along with the role of Research Fellow. Her current research interests include digitalization technologies, asset management and maintenance engineering, and decision-making in engineering.
