D. Köroğlu Ünver (Damla)

Damla Köroğlu Ünver is Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at Istanbul University and a visiting researcher at the University of Twente. Her research lies at the intersection of organizational behavior, psychology, and technology, with a particular focus on the future of work, employee-well being, diversity and inclusion, digital labor platforms, algorithmic management, and human-AI collaboration. during her research stay at UT, she investigates how algorithmic management shapes gig workers' expectations and psychological contracts across national contexts.
