  • Having earned his B.Sc. in Metallurgical and Material Eng.at Suez University in Egypt, Eslam was awarded the AVSA grant from EIT raw materials to conduct dual M.Sc. in Sustainable Materials Engineering (SUMA) at University of Milano-Bicocca and KU Leuven.
  • He is joining UT as part of the RMIT European Doctoral program of Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions working on Additive manufacturing of shape memory alloys.

Organisations

Eslam is working on advanced manufacturing of NiTi-based shape memory alloys. Their work is mainly focused on expanding the understanding of the process and material aspects of 3D printing of NiTi-based SMAs.
