ZERO: Towards Energy Autonomous Systems for IoT
Today we witness an exponential growth of autonomously operating embedded devices such as Internet of Things (IoT). It is expected that 100 billion devices are connected by 2025. Powering billions of these devices with standard solutions, like Li-ion batteries, causes huge maintenance and environmental problems. In this research, we aim for the design and implementation of ultra-low power analog circuits that enable battery-less devices.
