Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm working on my PhD at the faculty of Engineering Technology at the University of Twente. I finished my master's in Civil Engineering and Management at the UT, hereby focusing on markets and organisations within construction management.
My PhD focuses on learning within programmatic collaboration, and how knowledge can be transferred across projects to improve the performance of a programme over time. To obtain data from real-life cases, I work part-time at the contractor Dura Vermeer where I participate in several programs. Through this collaboration, I aim to obtain more substantiated results whilst also implementing my gained knowledge in practice.
