I am a PhD student at the department Communication Science. My PhD research focuses on measuring the level of 21st-century digital skills. This includes skills such as information management, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving. The 21st-century digital skills are considered as the key to employment and innovation.

My PhD project is part of an interdisciplinary research project 'e-Skills, key to the 21st century labor', funded by the NWO and different public-private partners. The aim of this project is to determine and improve the level of 21st-century digital skills of employees working in the creative industries.
