I am a motivated, hands on human movement scientist thinking in possibilities and solutions. In my research, I focus on improving the lives of people with mobility-related difficulties. Currently, I am developing an eHealth tool to help people with knee osteoarthritis take more control over their condition.

In the Load project, researchers of medical centers, universities and companies work together to find out which amount of loading is beneficial for people with knee osteoarthritis and support them to have a healthy amount of activity
The LoaD project receives funding from the Dutch organisation for scientific research (NWO).
