Research
Francisca Gomes studied Bioengineering at the University of Porto and graduated her MSc in 2018. In 2020, she started her PhD project at the University of Twente on the development of synthetic red blood cells under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jeroen Leijten and Prof. Dr. Pascal Jonkheijm.
