Gerard Jeurnink is a staff member of the group Applied Analysis (chair holder prof. dr. S.A. van Gils).
The main part of his activities for the group are concentrated around his lectureship for courses in Analysis. He also governs the relationship between the department of Applied Mathematics and ELAN, the teachers training institute of the University of Twente. Moreover, the coordination of several contacts between secondary schools and the university in the field of mathematics is running through Gerard Jeurnink.
He is also allocated for halftime to ELAN in order to do research on the link between secondary and university education.
