Since the 1st of September 2023, I have been working in the Finance department of the EEMCS faculty.
I am mainly involved in projects subsidised by NWO. I monitor the budget as the project progresses and regularly consult with the project leader about this. I check whether the employees working on the project, mainly PhD students and postdocs, record their hours in Unit4. When the money comes in, mainly in tranches, I record these amounts by means of invoices. When the project is completed, I draw up the final financial statement.
