About Me
After completing my Master's degree in Human Factors and Engineering Psychology at the University of Twente, I started working as a lecturer at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, mainly in the field of behaviour and technology. In addition to teaching courses such as STEM and Persuasive Technology, I also supervised students writing their Bachelor's thesis for the Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology.
Half a year later I started my PhD here at the University of Twente, within the Power4FitFoot (Data2Person) project. In this project we use a participatory multidisciplinary development approach to develop personalised self-management products and services for the prevention of diabetic foot ulcers and amputations. My supervisors are Prof. Dr. Lisette van Gemert-Pijnen and Dr. Saskia Kelders.
