Assistant professor at the department of Psychology, Health & Technology. My teaching and research focuses mostly on positive psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy, and the application of technology to therapeutic practice, mostly the use of online modules that aim to improve mental health and wellbeing. One of my particular interests concerns the delivery of 'good' online practice and the attributes and activities of excellent therapists.
