Giang Dao (Jane) is a PhD candidate at Faculty of Behavioral, Management, and Social Science. Her research is about customer management skills in digitalizing Business-to-Business markets. Her research objective is to build a state-of-the-art sales skill model in times of digital transformation and then use it as input to train those skills in higher education.
She has a Master's degree in Business Administration specialized in Strategic Marketing and Servitization at University of Twente, and a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance in Vietnam. Her Master's thesis (graded 8.5) was about how cultural differences affect consumers' behavior in social commerce. A piece of her Master's thesis has been accepted for presentation at European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC) 2022.
Her research interest includes B2B Sales, Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, and New Technologies in Business.
