About Me
Giang Dao (Jane) is a lecturer at Faculty of Behavioral, Management, and Social Science. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration specialized in Strategic Marketing and Servitization at University of Twente, and a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance in Vietnam. Her Master's thesis (graded 8.5) was about how cultural differences affect consumers' behavior in social commerce. A piece of her Master's thesis has been accepted for presentation at European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC) 2022.
Her research interest includes Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, and New Technologies in Business.

- Master's thesis (graded 8.5) was about How cultural differences between the Netherlands and Vietnam affect purchase intention in social commerce.
- Bachelor's thesis (graded 8.7) was about How to mitigate risks in electronic banking in commercial banks in Vietnam.
Currently, she is working on a research proposal about drivers and outcomes of customer usage of AI in financial services.
