Hello! I am one of the Information Specialists for the faculty of BMS. Together with Kasandra Mingoti Poague I can answer all your questions about scientific information. For example about using scientific sources to write an article, Open Access publishing, access to sources and search strategies. As a former Communication Studies student, I have a preference for that area of research, but off course I'm available for every question about information literacy. After all, communication is everywhere.

Research profiles
Next to providing support on Information Literacy matters in research, I also teach Information Literacy in several Bachelor and Master programmes at the faculty of BMS. I teach students how to use the digital library and academic databases, how to judge and evaluate sources of information and how to structure and document your search for information. Next to teaching Bachelor and Master students, I am also one of the teachers in the course on Advanced Systematic Literature Reviews for PhD's, organized by TGS.
