My research bridges clinical and psychological science to advance scalable, evidence-based mobile health (mHealth) solutions. Clinically, I focus on digital phenotyping, health psychology, and the use of artificial intelligence to personalize interventions—particularly through Just-In-Time Adaptive Interventions (JITAIs) and n-of-1 designs. From a foundational perspective, I explore the role of mentalization in mental health and well-being, with the goal of integrating these insights into adaptive, person-centered mHealth strategies.
