Since 2011, I have been teaching in the Bachelor, minor and pre-master of the Psychology programme at the University of Twente. My profile centres on skill-based education, with a focus on systematic intervention design and professional psychological skills. I teach and coordinate courses in which students develop behavioural interventions for societal challenges (using the ASCE model) and gain insight into their behavioural patterns in interaction, collaboration, reflection, group dynamics and professional counselling.
Alongside teaching, I actively contribute to curriculum development and educational innovation. I am particularly interested in pedagogy, student engagement, technological learning innovations and the continuous improvement of skills education.
