I am an oceanographer interested in the dynamics of suspended particles in estuarine and coastal waters using remote sensing and modeling techniques. I have a MSc in Oceanography at UMAINE (USA), a BSc in Oceanography at FURG (Brazil). My main research activities focus on the variability of suspended sediment transport due to physical (rivers discharge, winds, tides, extreme weather events) processes in coastal areas applying a multitude of approaches and tools.
